CA Hrishikesh Wagh brings extensive hands-on experience in Ind AS conversions, financial reporting, statutory and internal audits, and tax advisory. He has worked with a diverse clientele, including both listed and unlisted companies, where his practical insights have consistently delivered measurable impact.

He has led statutory audits for listed and multinational companies across varied sectors such as manufacturing, automobile, and services. During his tenure with a reputed audit firm, he was actively involved in internal audits across industries and contributed to the preparation of Risk Control Matrices (RCMs) and detailed process documentation.

In addition to his core audit and advisory capabilities, he has valuable experience in income tax litigation, tax planning and advisory for high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), as well as valuation and loss assessment assignments. He is also an active public speaker associated with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

CA Sudarshan Patki possesses significant expertise across a broad spectrum of domains, including tax advisory, financial reporting advisory, transaction advisory, and audit & assurance. His clientele spans multiple sectors, including listed entities, allowing him to build deep domain knowledge.

He has led statutory audits of manufacturing companies while working with an audit-focused firm and has developed specialised insight into the auto ancillary sector. His work in this area has provided him with a nuanced understanding of sector-specific accounting and financial practices.

He is well-versed in internal financial controls (IFC) testing and reporting, particularly in SAP-enabled environments. His experience also covers the area of tax compliance and litigation, as he has managed income tax and GST compliance for clients in the manufacturing, construction, and pharmaceutical sectors and represented several clients in GST litigations. Furthermore, he has successfully handled financial due diligence and valuation projects, enhancing his capabilities in transaction advisory.
